How Viewly works
Six steps take a visitor from a property page to a confirmed viewing, with the agent involved where it matters.
1. Property page
Each property has its own public page with details, photos and a “Book a viewing” button.
2. Slot selection
The visitor chooses in-person or video, then picks from the times that are actually available.
3. Visitor details
They enter name, email and phone, plus an optional timeframe and message. No account needed.
4. Confirmation
The slot is reserved instantly and the visitor sees a confirmation with a calendar option and a reference.
5. Reminders
Reminders are scheduled before the viewing, with links to reschedule or cancel.
6. Agent follow-up
The agent sees the booking immediately, updates its status and follows up after the viewing.
What Viewly is
Viewly by Realto is property viewing booking software for real-estate agencies, brokers and developers. It solves the back-and-forth of arranging viewings by phone, email and messages: visitors pick an available time themselves and the appointment is confirmed straight away.
What happens after a visitor books
- The slot is reserved so nobody else can book it.
- The visitor sees a confirmation with a reference, a calendar option and private links to reschedule or cancel.
- The booking appears in the agent dashboard straight away, and reminders are scheduled before the viewing.
- After the viewing, the agent marks it as completed or as a no-show.
What businesses need to provide
- Property details and photos for each listing
- Viewing availability, for in-person and/or video viewings
- The contact details of the responsible agent
What Viewly does not currently do
- It is not a CRM and does not integrate with CRM systems.
- It does not take payments or deposits.
- It is not a property marketplace or listing portal.
- It does not sync two-way with external calendars; visitors add the viewing to their own calendar.
