What is Viewly?
Viewly by Realto is property viewing booking software. Visitors choose an available viewing time online and receive confirmation straight away, and agents see each booking in a dashboard.
How Viewly worksWho is Viewly for?
Real-estate agencies, brokers and property developers who arrange viewings for buyers or tenants.
Viewly for agenciesCan a visitor book a property viewing without creating an account?
Yes. Visitors enter their name, email and phone number. In-person viewings also ask for an ID document number for building security. No account or password is needed.

Yes. When a visitor selects an available slot and submits their details, the slot is reserved and a confirmation with a reference and a calendar option is shown.
See the booking stepsCan a visitor reschedule or cancel?
Yes. The confirmation includes a private link to choose a new available time or cancel. The original slot is released for other visitors.
What happens after bookingWhat happens if no viewing slots are available?
The visitor can request another viewing time. The request appears in the agent's list so the agent can follow up.

Yes. Each property has its own viewing page and availability, and the agent dashboard can be filtered by property.
